Coaching is all about knowing what you want to improve. I think that being a coach has allowed me to develop insight concerning this. I am not saying that coaching is easy, but it does become something like that as time goes by. Once you are able to go and enjoy what you do, then it will become easier. I hope that I can continue to coach people who want to be coached, that is my mission in this life of mine.
